So Happy with My New Faucet

I’ve need ed a new faucet for a while now. I was so excited to find this faucet on sale! Installation wasn’t any more difficult than any other faucet. The motion sensor works great and the faucet looks really nice in my kitchen.

I had the same kitchen faucet and after many years of service it needed to be replaced. I found the best price here and I was impressed by how fast it was shipped. The faucet is great and works as advertised. It took me 30 minutes to install. Highly recommended!

supply line kinked during install, otherwise good

I'm new to DIY plumbing, so maybe its my fault the cold-water supply hose kinked when fastening to the house's supply line. I reinstalled the hose using two hands (one to hold hose, the other to operate plyers) to prevent the hose from twisting. Instructions did not clarify the use of the O ring for a 3-hole installation. Hope I don't void any kind of warranty from impropper installation. (Also, chance of winning merchandise when submitting a review!)

Dealing with second faucet due to first faucet issues with drips and leaks. Now, second faucet handle is hard to move, even with one hand. Should only take a finger or two to move faucet handle. 'FLOW' replaced the dripping/leaking faucet under warranty , but seems this is a design flaw on this model faucet, and is not eligible for return under warranty. Great customer service!

The faucet worked perfectly for just under 2 years, but then the spray head somehow got stuck between the full stream and the spray modes, so it was coming out half and half. This faucet has a 5 year warranty, but the prospect of uninstalling it, shipping it back for a replacement, and installing the new one was daunting. I installed my first Flow motion activated faucet 4 years and 11 months ago. It worked flawlessly until a couple of days ago--it would shut off after a second or two. I called BioBidet hoping to get some troubleshooting help-- but after finding that it was just under the 5 year warranty wire, they sent a brand new replacement. No Comparison

We previously purchased this faucet years ago and it was conveyed to the new owners of our home when that home was sold. For our new home, we purchased a competitor's brand that lasted less than a year. We just replaced it with this faucet and couldn't be happier. The quality of construction is incomparable to the competition.

Easy Installation

Our Flow faucet just came in yesterday and we immediately got to work on it. Within the hour it was finished and working magnificently. The installation instructions are easy to follow and the faucet itself is very convenient

The faucet is coming apart

My faucet was professionally installed. After just three months the cheap plastic part that holds the pull out sprayer started coming out every time I pulled. I have to use two hands for the sprayer to be held in place inside the faucet! So much for touchless! So I stopped using the pull out. Now the motion activation stopped working! I have tried everything: reset, changed batteries - no water was coming out untill i disconnected the touchless feature! What a disappointment! Please help.

Worked great for awhile

Faucet Worked great for awhile, but after about 9 months it stopped working via sensor. Changed batteries...worked for short period of time. Cycled batteries frequently trying to keep it working. Even tried to use High end batteries but didnt really make a difference. Wiggled connection would get it to work. Then the sensor would stop working again after a few days. Not consistent. Finally stopped using sensor as it was too much of a pain when it would not work.

Flow Motion Senser kitchen faucet

I installed the Motion Sensor faucet about a week ago. I love the multi functional sprayer. My wife cooks and bakes frequently and loves the motion sensor to rinces and wash her hands quickly.

Germ free faucet!
