My husband "fixed" it for the time being because we needed the bulb changed right away and couldn't get to the store in time. Due to our "repair" Lowes rejected the return (that's what we get for being honest...they wouldn't have even know had we not mentioned it). Oh yeah, and the duster wasn't included either. Would Not RecommendIt was useless, so I didn’t like it. Attempting to grip the bulb, to unscrew it from the receptacle, proved to be futile. This product delivers on none of the promises it makes.

Would RecommendI purchased this today to change out my recessed porch lights and outside lights under the roof. I used the suction cup and string ( actually my teenage daughter did while I watched) and there was no issue at all getting them down or put back up. Not sure what is happening with other people but it worked great for me.
