Would RecommendWe upgraded our trimmer last month and I really like this one! It's fast and more powerful b/c it comes with a more powerful battery. The GRIP is much improved!!! Our last one frequently released while I was trimming which is a bit disconcerting and could result in injury, but this one is one-piece so there's no slipping!! The handle is a bit large from my hands, but is probably perfect for others.

The website to do the registration is 5 years out of date and does not have any fields for you to enter your product information to me customer service is number one.
