Only cools about 300 sq ft not up to 700

I have this unit in 500 sq ft room and set at lowest 64 degrees on hot days over 80 it cannot keep up in keeping room cool my room temp never drops below 79 degrees. So really useless to me.

Perfect Garage Air Conditioner!

Needed a better way to cool off when working out in my garage. This air conditioner has been great! I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 3rd floor bedroom and it has changed my sleep for good! Doesn't matter what time of year unfortunately in my old house the temperature is always at least 10 degrees hotter in the bedroom than any other room in the place. What a game changer. So simple and easy to install and it works amazing. The remote is super handy and all the functions on it work perfectly.

Easy to set up

Fast cooling portable AC!

Got this product at the end of summer/ August. Works like a charm, cools down a large area. We have a railroad style apartment with the unit in the main living area. The area is 19 x 17. We have a nearby bedrooms that’s 13 x 10 it cools down as well

Condenser Fan Failure After 4 Months

Condenser fan cracked after 4 months of light use. Unit cooled well until then. The unit is unusable now since the fan now is slowly disintegrating itself as it hits the fan housing. Hopefully B&D service will repair the unit with a fan that is more durable.

Works great in my garage.

Really makes the garage comfortable. I do a lot of work in the garage and am impressed by the relative humidity reduction. Great product.

Better than I expected

I just bought this and it took the humidity out of my house very quickly, it blowes cold air and cools my 480 sq ft room with just the dehumidifier on and even cools the rest of the house.
