Great Helper

Had this product for a week and use it everyday for it's vacuum function. So far so good. I have now covered every room of my 2700 sq. ft. home. Have begun a second pass on the bedrooms and the unit still fills the dust trap: must be lots of bunnies under the beds.

I love this Product

I absolutely love this product! It’s quiet and cleans so well. I have 3 indoor pets and I couldn’t do it without my spinwave! I highly recommend this product to anyone with or without pets!

It's ok but not worth the price I paid

I've had mine for a year. In the mopping mode it tends to go over the same spot about 20 times, every 5 min and it doesn't go straight. It tends to vere off to the left all the time. The vacuum mode is ok but it doesn't go all the way to the wall. It stops about 8" beforehand. I only have a large living room/kitchen area of floor space so it should be an easy floor plan for it to remember. But it gets confused and starts do it's own thing which is all over the place. Careful. Low reliability, rushed product.

had my 10+ year old half dead 1605c robot vac from Bissel replaced with this 2859C. I'm shocked, that with the same front IR sensor, an added gyroscope for nav, and 10 more years to develop the firmware and being twice the price, this has worse navigation than my 10 year old 1605c model. That one was half dead with a broken out brush roll and only barely cleaned anymore, but I just set it to vac every night and it did that and returned to dock, it still made a difference. Just bought a second one!!

Not sure what all of the bad reviews are about. I purchased my first one several months ago for my tiled floor. This thing works great! Does almost my entire 1985 sqft home on one charge. Is very good a cleaning and picks up the stray kitty litter as well. I love that is vacuums under the bed. With kitties around, under the bed is an important place! I ended up buying a second one because I love it so much!!

Dude’s Dumb

The fact that it is capable of both vacuum and mop features, gets it an automatic two stars. Other than that, the thing is useless! No sensors, it runs into everything at full speed. No learning capabilities, it can never find home before dying. Overall the way it operates is sloppy, misses large areas if an object; say a table; is in its path. Spend the extra money and get a higher end product.

Not for shedders

I have had mine for three years now. The Pro: After daily runs for the first two weeksit was able to map out all rooms without running into things or getting stuck. Con: the suction is not the best. Gets clogged easily. Holding chamber is pretty small. Leaves clumps of my dogs hair on floors if it cannot suck into chamber. If you rearrange furniture it will have to remap home again. Obsessed

I love my little robot vacuum. I wouldn’t have considered it usually, but the price was good and I took a chance, because I’m pretty old school. Well, I love it. I have a toddler and all I do is clean the floors all day. She loves it! This morning she found something in the floor and then took my husband to the bathroom and pointed to the vacuum. It does a good job and I haven’t swept or mopped for two days. We actually just walk around the house and watch it mop, it’s so cool.

Sometimes i have to "set it up for success" by blocking it in an area it keeps missing. But thats no big deal. Decided to get this one so i could get the cleaning done twice as fast and to have "matching" tools. Like them both! I would even buy another one.

I would not buy this again The QR code doesn't work

The qr code says the app is no longer available, so how am I suppose to use and program my vacuum!! I think this was a big waste of money!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, pretty happy with this. Compared to my other bot vac, this is much quieter, better vac power and larger dust bin. In a multi-pet household, the performance and dust bin size are a plus. I noticed others have commented about the navigation, but I have not seen any issues with that. Battery life and homing work well also.

Rube Goldberg Inspired Machine

Buy this if you like it running for 90 seconds then stopping and incessantly beeping. This is a great product for those who want to spend a day mopping floor and tending to a dysfunctional machine. Why just mop when you can spend hours tending this machine. Buy only if you want something that does not work as advertised. PS. Good marks for value as the original one I bought didn’t work at all so they sent me a new one, (that doesn’t actually work either)
