Leakes and after ising it maybe 5 times battery will not charge. Support is iseless its basically a throw away piece of junk

it was okay.

bought this for a couple stains on the couch and carpet, it didn't clean like id hoped. i have a husky and this could not handle the little bit of hair that was left from vacuuming.

Leaking and not holding battery charge

I bought this product a couple of years ago and it worked amazing. I needed it because I just got a puppy and there were some stains on the carpet. I'm not one that takes time to give reviews but this little machine has me saying WOW!!! I am totally impressed by it! I was hesitate at first but after it first use I was hooked!!! Leaked everywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This started leaking so badly that it wouldn't hold any of the shampoo in it. Closet floor covered in fossilized bissell shampoo. The brushes are strangely placed so scrubbing a stain is difficult.

Pet stain eraser - dead after a few uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the dreaded 3 blinking lights while charging. Doesn't work. When looking online to troubleshoot I see many have this issue. This is not good considering the cost of the item. Extremely disappointed.

I would not buy this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus product has poor suction, no matter how straight you use it ,it still leaves the area your cleaning soaked. Its impossible to clean the dirty water tank, you can't get it dry and it smells of mold even after cleaning with bleach and set outside to air dry.

I would buy this product again

Terrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It leaks from the bottom, hardly picks up anything & keeps the carpet soaked. It uses product fast but leaves it in the carpet. Would recommend not buying this product. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

Easy to use, great suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked great. My cats have weak stomachs, and I'm having to spot clean all the time. Great suction. Nice scrub brush built into to the machine. I like that the fluid used is not concentrated. You just pour it in.

Don't waste money

Leaks after first use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time, it worked well. After I dumped the dirty water reservoir, it leaks and doesn't suction as much water up. Checked all plugs and everything is tight and correctly aligned.

Great for small messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second cordless carpet cleaner. I had the first for many years and loved it. This one is every bit as good. Great for small messes. It does have a small tank and battery life isn't super long so you can't clean a very big area but for small spills, pet mishaps and such it is perfect.

Rechargeable battery is dead in less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this pet carpet cleaner for about 10 months, and the rechargeable batter is not charging any longer. Doesn't seem right for a product at this price. I feel like it should have lasted much longer before becoming useless.
