I purchased this even though the package had been opened and the compression ring and nut were missing, at full price. I had my water turned off and had to get this fixed. I had compression nuts and rings at home. I was glad to find the reducer but darn, I spent way too long looking for a complete package, never finding one and never seeing an employee for assistance.
