Very Pleased!
Would RecommendI have not set this item up yet. Unboxing was easy and it is not very heavy. Thus far item as described and packaging was great. I will update this review after a month of use.

Amazing machine- while it works
This machine has been great- BUT we have only used it for 6 months and our bottles are having issues now where they won’t release pressure. This has happened 2 out of the last four bottles we’ve put on.

Easy to use
Would RecommendAfter going through 2 similar water coolers , we found that they just did not last very long. We ordered our new Avalon a last month and we just got it this week. So far we love it but its still very new. We do not expect to have the same problems with cooler

Would RecommendI bought this for my shop building that has no potable water. It ended the relentless empty water bottles being thrown out and now I have not only chilled water , but also super hot water for instant soup for lunch! Well made, compressor is as close to silent as you can get. Cabinet is sturdy with no wobble or twist problems and the outer casing is easy to clean. I really like the fact that the hot water spigot has a kiddie proof “lock” on it as I have two grandsons that are enamored by this coo...

Nice features
Would RecommendSo far so good. Just hooked it up so time will tell. The one thing I am disappointed in is the height isn’t tall enough to fit my tea kettle spout under as well as my water pitcher for entertaining. Our previous top loading water cooler was high enough off the drip pan to accommodate those taller items.
