Get the extended warranty
Bought this from Lowe’s in October 2023. It stopped dispensing water in April 2026. Luckily we had taken the extended warranty so we’re getting a free replacement.

Bought about 5 years ago and only used it for about a year because I moved into a place with filtered water system. Now that I’m in my new place and trying to use it again, the water taste old and stale after going thru dispenser. Even with the automated cleaning process feature.

We used to have whirlpool water cooler and the water is very cold, but this water cooler water is not so much, but the night light is great.

The item arrived with visible cosmetic defects. The black plastic top has multiple scratches, scuff marks, and a cloudy/matte appearance, as if it had been previously used or improperly handled. It does not look brand new as expected.
