Would RecommendThe mower to which I was going to install this fuel shut off valve had a 3in hose from fuel tank to carb. There was no way I could cut that line AND install this or any other valve into that existing 3in line. This kit includes a long enough hose which I used to create/connect a circular 12" piece of hose from the tank to the carb and then installed the valve halfway on this "circle". Works good....lasts a long time....
