Wrong Blade in Right Box
Partially my fault. I grabbed a replacement blade from the box that the associate pointed out. It read "ego 21 inch." Did not think to check the label on the blade. So I got home (live 30 miles from Lowes) with blade that is useless to me. Always appreciate helpful associates who make sure I get what I'm looking for. Perhaps this was the first time the wrong blade has been in the box. In the end, yes I should have known better
