Unreliable delivery
The product is fine, the delivery wasn't reliable. When i have an electrician booked to work on the day it was supposed to be delivered i didn't appreciate an email postponing the delivery. This wasn't the first time a project was delayed by your delivery option. Free is nice but i can't rely on your delivery times being shuffled around. Your on line ordering software doesn't account for multiple orders on the same day to the same address either. I'll still shop at lowes but you asked for an hon...
