[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still using the filters that came with my carafe purchase. I can say these filters are great but I do have a suggestion for the unit itself. It would be nice to see a display by percentage of how much bad pollutants were removed after filtration. Right now we can see test results or read about test/lab results but to see them on our filtration system would be huge. Ty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a game changer. We are RVers but as Italians we are pretty sensitive about drinking water so not used to drink tap water from camp grounds. So, bringing spring water with us was an space and weight constraint. Now we can drink safe and tasty water even when traveling with the RV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for a great price. However, it is very annoying to clean the tank when mineral build up on the bottom. The shape of the water tank, and nooks and crannies make it very difficult to clean by hand.
