Just leaning against part of my desk and I can see the temperature in the room at a glance. It updates the high and low temperature of the day, every 24 hours from the time that the battery was put in. The display is clear and bigger. I unpacked the product and placed it on my storm door. A wonderful inexpensive Buy that is awesome!

Easy to read outdoor thermometer
Would RecommendThis is my second one. The first is still working after 5 years but the numbers are hard to read. They are inexpensive so I put the old one on the porch and the new one right where the old one was. They stick to the window easily and the size is small enough not to be noticed when looking out,but big enough to read the temp.
