Caulk for wood stove and worked great!

easy to use and did what it was intended for I used this for my wood stove for and no issues

Sub-Par

Dispenses very gritty and granular, not smooth. Upon drying it is pealing away from the woodwhere it was applied around electeical wiring.

Product works Great

I used this to put around my pellet wood stove piping and it sealed it right in place and tight. I used it on the piping indoors and out.

Used as a sealant on temporary black pipe set up. Worked great. Would recommend.

A must have to pass electrical inspections

If you make any penetrations to the subfloor or top plate when running electrical or plumbing, your inspector is going to want to see this used to fill the penetration around your wire or pipe. This product is easy to use and does not make a mess like spray foam products. It applied like caulk and can be smoothed just as easy if it is being applied in a spot that will be visible.

Works well and durable

Worked extremely well. Applied it to the opening around the gas line in my fireplace. Then molded it around to blend into the surrounding brick. Probably about 4-5 hours later, it was dried up and fire place was ready to use. No issues.

Great product if no inspection required

A budget friendly alternative to the required RED caulk for areas requiring inspection by the FD

Very easy to apply and cures inflexible

This was easy to apply in our masonry fireplace. It dries the same grey color as the tube indicates. Cures as an inflexible bead, so do not use in applications where flexibility is needed.

I didn’t realize it would harden and not remain flexible, but it’s still a very good product.
