Not a reliable treadmill. Do not buy.

If you like your treadmills to break every 6 months or so then this is the treadmill for you!! This is literally the worst treadmill I have owned. I’m on my 2nd one, in the last year and a half and it has broken again. Both times it’s been the frame. I run on it 4-5 times a week, no more than 30-40 minutes. I really just want a reliable treadmill that I can use without it breaking down. These are not cheap machines and all I really want is a refund so I can purchase a more reliable brand. As som...

Software Update has made Treadmill Unusable and Support

I got this in 2023. Its ok, has some stickiness when using. Recently a software update was started and now the made Treadmill is unusable because it is stuck on trying to load the os. Support has not gotten back to us in 2 weeks

The treadmill is fantastic and we are enjoying the convenience of getting a workout in our home. iFIT is a surprising plus as we were skeptical going in - the only thing I am not too crazy about is the Google Maps option, too choppy and not consistent. Other than that, so far so good!

Love this treadmill gets the job done with my daily 60 min walks if I can’t make it outside or a nice 20 min walk post lunch if it’s crappy outside.

After doing substantial research and comparisons with other high-end treadmills, I decided to go with the new 2450. I purchased this treadmill in January 2024 and have now been using it for 5 months. Works Great

Treadmill was delivered on time, assembly was well documented and seamless. Treadmill works well. Replaced a NordicTrack 7.5 treadmill that I got several years of use with no issues.

LOVE IT!

We bought the NordicTrack 2450 and love it. The iFit programs are fantastic. We are able to chose what type of workout we are looking for, it tracks our workouts individually, lots of options. The treadmill functions wonderfully and I love the lift option.

No Regrets!

What an amazing machine...quality build, incline/decline, video and iFit...great package. NordicTrack really did a super job creating a treadmill that I motivates me to exercise. Key to this is iFit. I can not emphasis enough how fun and easy to use iFit is. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one, if you're looking for a treadmill that will be fun and motivational.

Amazing treadmill

I love most of the features of this treadmill, especially that it has a decline. I gave it 4 stars, however, because it can’t be used without the iFIT program. There is no manual mode if you are not connected to WiFi. And I wish the iFIT had internet capability to be able to watch Netflix. Other than that I love that we can create our own routes using the map feature and therefore can run almost anywhere in the world!

Overall, I’m very pleased with my treadmill. It was easy to assemble and get connected to the iFit app. It performs as expected. Wish it would keep a history of my bio metrics and achieved goals. Also wish the monitor would tilt back so I’m not looking down awkwardly at the monitor, as I am 6’1”.

NorticTrack Commercial 2450 - 2023 (NTL19124)

Purchased the 2450 on 5-27-2023. We love this treadmill as well as the iFit Trainers, Tommy Rivs and others. Together they have changed our lives! No issues with the treadmill to date.

The Commercial 2450-2023 works smoothly and beautifully. This machine along with an IFIT membership, allows me to stay motivated and consistent with workouts.

Hot garbage

It's a great idea, but it doesn't work, and the epic lack of functioning makes the treadmill that came with it useless. Also, you can't uninstall it. Requests for refunds are ignored and bad reviews somehow disappear from every platform.

Excellent Treadmill

So this our 2nd NordicTrack Treadmill and I loved my first one but I really love my newest one. The programmed workouts on the treadmill are incredible. My husband and I both use the /treadmill to walk and run and we both love all the options for beginner to advanced workouts. My husband used to never run on the treadmill until we purchased our newest one. I love my Treadmill

I am really enjoying my workouts on my treadmill. The 22” screen is wonderful to follow my ifit workouts. It’s challenging and fun.
