Can I use this as a primer for my vinyl peel and stick flooring? And can it be be used on flooring boards?


Happy to help. Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water Based Primer is not a suitable primer to use on a floor prior to applying vinyl peel and stick flooring.
