I forgot to choose my preferred color on one of my lights. How can I take the light down to change the color without breaking the clips?

With the power to the unit turned off, you will need to carefully/slowly pull the unit down from the ceiling, once the clips are visible you can use a flat screwdriver to push one of the clips up to help relieve the tension from the ceiling and angle the unit out and away from the ceiling.
