How can I get the spindles/balusters to stop making noise when we walk across our deck? They do not fit tightly in the predrilled holes of the rails.

Hello, and thank you for choosing Trex railing! If you hear rattling within your Enhance railing system this would indicate that the railing section is not snug. To fix this the rail section would need to be unassembled so you can reassemble the rail section ensuring everything is drawn together tightly before re-installing. Within the installation instructions Trex recommends using a ratchet strap around the assembled section of rails and balusters to draw everything together before attaching the rail section to the posts.
