What is the difference between this model (WTRD0636"H"ENKRT) and WTRD0636"S"ENKRT?


The answer is a little confusing, but i think you mean "S" for stairs. If that's true, the page for the "S"tair kit describes it for "Horizontal use only" in the description. Looks life a copy paste error.
