Is this strong enough to hold a 10x10 or 12x12 hardtop metal gazebo? Can this be drilled into to anchor the gazebo? Will it void the warranty?


Hello, and thank you for your interest in Trex! The Enhance decking will have a load capacity of 100 psf when installed on joists at 16" on center. You can increase the weight limit by moving your joists closer together if needed. We do not recommend installing any material into the Trex decking as it is not designed to be a structural surface.
