I want to us the camo tool to screw the deck boards on can this tool be used on the groved boards or does it only work on the smooth boards


Hello and thank you for your interest in Trex! Based on extensive testing & research the Camo fastening system is not appropriate for use with Trex for several reasons. The main reason is that our boards are extremely dense and this can affect the holding power and performance of Camo in Trex over time.
