Can you attach the edger attachment to this unit?

Hi, Jake! Thanks for your question. No, this model #51831, is a dedicated string trimmer that doesn’t accept attachments. With model #51836, you will have the attachment capable power head (as well as the string trimmer attachment) that you can use the edger attachment with. You can view the edger attachment model #88710, online at: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Toro-60V-Attachment-Capable-Edger-Tool-Only-Battery-and-Charger-NOT-Included/5014812351. Thanks!
