Will this adhere to cement? I want to use it to bridge the osb and cement.


Things don't stick very well to concrete so you should definitely prime it as well as the OSD. The primer aids in encapsulating the dirt, grime and dustiness on a concrete surface allowing the rubberized asphalt to adhere. The surface temperature needs to be approximately 45 degrees Farenheit when it is applied and Tite Seal All Purpose does need to be covered because it is not UV stable.
