Why does Lowes continue to sell a product that consistently gets very low ratings from customers?

This is better looking than Miracle-Gro was. I'm confident it'll work fine in my expanding garden. You can't always go by negative reviews.

I truly don’t understand all the negative ratings about this soil. Most of them don’t even leave comments. I have bought MANY pallets of this soil over the last 4 years and have been very pleased. Any soil will have a piece of mulch here and there. I found way more trash in the Miracle Grow bags I used to get (including about a 6 inch piece of 1x4). The fertilizer lasts much longer and it’s less expensive. I mix a little soil conditioner to keep it loose. I very highly recommend this soil.
