Southwire makes another box for ceiling fans. It has 3 screws and metal reinforcing to carry more weight. Use that one.

The #MSBFAN is a better option for ceiling fans. The addition of a cold rolled steel L-Bracket creates a UL listed 50 lb. ceiling fan or 75 lb. light fixture support box. It is side beam mounted with (3) 2" #10 hex head screws vs. bottom beam mounted, making this box ideal for upgrading light fixtures to light/ ceiling fan combos
