What is the total height of the feature


I would say at max height approximately 10-12 inches....

I'd estimate the total height with both pipe sections attached is approximately 12 inches, but you can leave one of the pipe sections out and attach the tip of your choice to just one of the pipes for a fountain about 8 inches tall.

This kit is quite adjustable. That being said, when the two telescoping tubes are mounted on the pump, fully extended, and the tallest spray head is in place, the head will be 13" from the floor. A hacksaw can make it shorter.
