can you install this product directly to studs in a shower

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our panels. We would not recommend installing our panels directly to the studs. The panels should be installed over a solid substrate like moisture resistant drywall or green board. It will be important to use silicone caulk around the full perimeter of the panels and in the moldings to prevent water from migrating behind the panels.
