where can I get a key to unlock this knob


There is no key. You use the pin with the loop at the end to unlock the door by putting the pin in the door knob hole and pushing against the rod right behind it.

I use a stretched-out paperclip to unlock this type of knob. Just stick it in the hole on the outside knob and push.

You may go to a Lowes and have them special order the emergency key, # M504-271.
