What is the best spray paint?

We would not suggest spraying indoors. You will need to remove the wall and bring it to a well ventilated area prior to painting. You can use Model # 7770830 for this application. If you can't remove the wall, you will need to use a brush on product instead of a spray. First you will need to remove any loose paint by using sandpaper or a wire brush. We would suggest using a primer, such as Zinsser, prior to the top coat application.
