Do you need to sand project after applying this before painting with a colored topcoat?


Sanding between coats is not required with Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Primer Spray. Apply 2-3 light coats of primer followed by 2-3 light coats of the topcoat. All coats should be sprayed a few minutes apart. — Rust-Oleum Product Support 15
