Yes, Roundup Extended Control Weed & Grass Killer will control poison ivy.

Was this Answer Helpful ?It killed crab grass, so I imagine it would kill just about any stubborn plant. The poison in the weed killer goes to the root of the plant, so I presume if it gets anywhere near ay kind of small plant (e.g., not a mature tree), the small plant is doomed.
