Who to hire to install? We're in the NW AR area, Lowe's doesn't, AR Insulation doesn't - ?

Look for a contractor who does soundproofing or builds recording studios or insulates boilers. Rockwool is more widely used in the US in those ways than in building insulation, even though that was its main use in the 1800 (it was displaced by the invention of fiberglass).
Was this Answer Helpful ?Most stores like Lowes, have a list of licensed contractors available for electric, plumbing, building, etc. If the clerk has no clue, talk to a floor supervisor. If you can't find someone that way, check the paper, listen to the local radio station. The Clinton radio station has a program every morning called The Trading Post. If there's one local in your area, get on there and say what you're looking for.
