How do I install this on both sides of door? I need a set.


You don't want this "dummy" knob. You are correct that you want a "set". This knob does not turn and will not work a door latch.

Measuring and marking is going to be the best way to install 2 of these units on a door. You can also get a plastic install guide. Other companies make plastic guides for installing an active knob. You can use that. Just don't drill out the holes for an active knob.
