HOw do you take the chassis off


Worked - Required pushing the little tab in deeply (w/ a flathead screwdriver e.g.) while simultaneously pulling the 2 parts apart with some force.

In *theory* you depress the little tab on the shaft behind the knob and it slides off. Only it doesn't. I returned mine.
