Is this model for stairs or regular deck? If regular what is difference between this model and model 73055572?

Hi Shaw, This model is an 8' level deck rail and is stocked at select Lowe's stores. Model 73055572 is the exact same panel but is the special order version, available on Lowes.com or your local store's Pro Desk. Please see model 73055578 for our Margate 8' Stair kit, also available for special order. Thanks!
