Was this Answer Helpful ?If you are looking at Alkaline batteries, they are not Lithium batteries. The chemistry in each differs. Lithium batteries are not alkaline batteries. AA Lithium batteries could be used in place of AA alkaline batteries because they have about the same voltage of 1.5 volts. However, the AA Lithium batteries are going to be about 5-10 times more expensive. They might last longer for a given current drain but that would only decrease the replacement cycle of the batteries.
