Can I use this product with Shaw Matrix vinyl? It's only 3.2mm, but much more rigid than other vinyl. They said I can use up to 3mm underlayment.

You can however we have QuietWalk Luxury Vinyl underlayment which is designed specifically for luxury vinyl. It is a denser underlayment that provides the same acoustical and moisture management protection as regular QuietWalk.
