can you use the product to level out on asphalt where water stands


According to their instructional video applied properly it will displace water.

The quick response is "Yes." However, it is difficult to create a feather edge due to the aggregate size. Recommendation is to use a pickaxe to groove out the perimeter of the low spot, such that the edge thickness of the patch is 1/4" minimum, 1/2" preferred.
