How soon can you allow vehicle traffic on the patch? This would be a utility trench across a residential road patch 2-3"'s deep.


The directions state that the patch can be driven over immediately. True, IF correctly installed. MUST be compacted as hard as possible. Buy item #863585 Cobalt 8x8 tamper. When finished, dust surface with sand or finely ground dirt. Asphalt does not set up like concete. It must be compacted to cure correctly. Hence the large, heavy roller machines used on asphalt roadways and parking lots.
