please clarify. am looking at Retro line1-spray Rain. spec sheet shows it as a Kauai 2. So both rain head and hand held DO NOT work at once?

The spec sheet you are referencing is unfortunately out of date and we sincerely apologize. The current version is Kauai III and with it's new internal structure you can use the shower head and hand shower function independently or simultaneously. Please note, if sharing both functions the performance of each is slightly compromised as you are sharing the same water supply. For the latest specification sheet and installation instructions please see the following links: https://www.pulseshowerspas.com/downloads/1011-III_kauai-III_manual.pdf https://www.pulseshowerspas.com/downloads/1011-III_kauai-III_specs.pdf
