Why are the interior shelves only half the cabinet depth? Is there a problem with shelves that go the full depth and can support pans?

Dear Breandan, thank you for your question. For this specific program, we are providing half-depth shelves as part of the standard design. However, these cabinets can support full-depth shelves that can hold pans. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for further inquiries at 866-389-8827(Monday – Sunday).
