I live in a split level so my question is would this flooring be good idea if a motor chair ride on it most of the time .


Would work just fine, less deflection (in the flooring) than thicker types.

No. The chairs pressure points of the wheels is very heavy compared to foot traffic. The next level up .125 is what you would need. Worth the money and time to get a heavier underlayment .
