My ceiling lights did not have bulbs , there is a circle disk of lights. It’s quit working and no one knows about the disk or if there is a replaceme?

These fixtures do not come with lamps, they must be purchased separately, but your fixture must be something entirely different than where you posted your inquiry. Sounds like you have an LED fixture. Try calling the manufacturer, all the information you need along with the proper telephone number is on the paperwork that was packed with the fixtures.
