Light says 60watt max or 13 watt max CFL. That makes 0 sense to me. If it is 60 watt max it should be 60 watt max. Can i use a 14 watt (100 equiv) LED

A CFL bulb and LED bulb use a wattage rating only as a "comparable". They use less wattage but supply the same amount of light as a higher wattage incandescent bulb. 13w CFL is comparable to 60w. A LED bulb that puts the same light as an incandescent may be around 8w. So an LED 8w, 13w CFL, and 60w bult are all comparable.

Any light bulb up to 60 Watt. All their concern is about heating dissipation.

No where on the box, manual, or fixture does it say A15. It seems that this is something Lowes reccomends. An A19 fits fine.

Yes, you can use any 14 watt (100 watt equiv) A-15 LED lamp, if you can find one. CFL lamps generally are only considered A-15 in the 13 watt (60 watt equiv) size.
