I think it could, but it will take a lot of work to cut each piece. D.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes. I've used a band saw and a miter saw on mine. You can cut up to 1" from either end without getting into the works of the blind. We even used a hacksaw on my neighbor's blinds. Just pull them up all the way, hold it all together and carefully cut off the amount you need to remove.
