Hi the clip holding the rod to open and close the blinds broke on one of the blinds I purchased. Can this be fixed or is there a replacement option?


Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the tilt mechanism cannot be replaced or repaired once broken. If you purchased the blind within 1 year, you may exchange for another set of blinds in the store with receipt.
