2 lights installed by contractor glow when switch is in OFF position. Other types of LED lights installed same area don't perform this way. Why?


Using an illuminated switch or illuminated wall control (dimmer or 3-way) could cause this. If it is on an ON/OFF toggle switch and it still glows when turned off, then it is current leakage the supply lines.
