The Northern Tool and Equipment catalog says you can add the optional Polar foot pedal latch (item #56080) what does this do and how much is it?

Standard hand lever to foot lever. Worth the $20 upgrade. I added tandem axel kit $296, foot pedal release $20, metal side kit $80 & rain cover $80.
