Can this unit control two separate master valves? It’d be nice if I could use one unit for both front and back yards.

I am not aware that this is possible. Because of the pressure drop that occurs when running multiple zones simultaneously, I would think that one master valve would be sufficient. Not knowing your exact set up, my guess might be terribly wrong.
